Webley MK IV Revolver in .38 S&W. MMH152403RT SER# 92772 This has NO 1960’s import stamps! Very RARE! jacksonarmorypower! This is a 5” barrel version chambered in .38S&W. The finish is 90% or better with some freckling and some minor surface dings. It is stamped “Webley & Scott Ltd.” On top and bears the “War Finish” stamp on the side. The plastic squared-off "target" style grips have thee “Webley in oval” crest and are in good shape with some handling wear. A few surface scratches and dings along the bottom of the grips but no cracks. The lanyard loop is in place and still moves freely. These pistols are single action/ double action. The DA pull on this pistol is typically heavy but it functions just fine. The Webley Mk IV .38 revolver was not completely replaced by the Browning Hi-Power until 1963, and saw combat in the Korean War, and service with various colonial police forces. This is a great pistol that will enhance any collection, and it will be a great investment. Unfortunately there are some intitials scratched into the left side of the frame and right side of the barrel. Not deep scratches or particularly noticeable but still there. There is some holster wear and some slight pitting on the barrel. It is stamped “MARK III .38” above cylinder. Also stamped “Made in England”. Has the “Crown over NP” , “Crown overBP”, and “Crown over BV” proofs. It is stamped with “bullet with wings over W&S”. That is the Webley and Scott trademark for commercially made guns. Has checkered 2 piece wood grips. Very rare. Grips are in good condition showing ssome handling wear but no chips or cracks. Some minor surface scratches. Beautiful Cimarron Richards-Mason Conversion in .38 Special. Stock # MSH153816SP. Serial # X03xxx. A truly authentic reproduction of the famous Colt Richards-Mason conversion, this Cimarron single action revolver is chambered for .38 Special. Although the movies and TV would have you believe that the Colt SAA was the “gun that won the West,” in truth, most could not afford the Colt Single Actions, and converted percussion Civil War guns were truly the most widely-used guns of the Old West, at least in the remaining years of the 1800’s, and the Richards-Mason conversion was one of the best of the lot. Cimarron has faithfully recreated this gun, complete with the engraved battle scene on the cylinder, snd Colt’s patent dates on the left side of the cylinder. The pistol is in really good condition, and damn nice to look at as well! Finished in a deep blue, the finish on the barrel and cylinder rates an easy 95%. The receiver and hammer are casehardened, and the grip strap and trigger guard are finished in a silver color, and these rate 95%+ condition also. The one-piece varnished wooden grips have some service dings, but they still rate 90-95%. Bore condition is excellent, and trigger pull is smooth. Serial numbers on the receiver and barrel match. If you are a Cowboy Action Shooter, and you want a truly accurate conversion pistol, or if you are a firearms collector/historian that wants an authentic repro that you can shoot, you will not find a finer example than this. A special edition of the Smith & Wesson Model 629 stainless .44 magnum designed for hikers and sportsmen, the 3” barreled, double-action revolver is marked “Mountain Backpacker” on the right side of the barrel. Mostly designed as a defense handgun against bears, etc. the mighty .44 magnum revolver could also be used as an urban defense gun against 2-legged predators as well! Finished in durable all-weather stainless steel, the 6-shot revolver has un-marked factory finger-groove wooden grips for a sure grip. It has an adjustable rear sight, and a red ramp front sight. Condition of the gun is very good, finish and grips both rate 95%. The bore is excellent, and double-action trigger pull is very smooth. Antique Webley MK II Revolver in .455. RTCOMWMII23. Chambered for the original .455 cal Webley round. jacksonarmorypower! This is a 4” barrel version. This has been recently painted in British Military Black. Paint has been scratched off to show proof makrs. The plastic "bird's beak" style grips are in good shape with some handling wear. A few surface scratches but no chips or cracks. The back strap has a “N 11” Navy stamp. Stamped “WEBLEY MARK II PATENTS” and “C over N over I 8.07” indicating it was worked on in July of 1908. The lanyard loop is in place and still moves freely. These pistols are double action only, and the DA pull on this pistol is typically heavy but it functions just fine. The Mark II were only made from 1894 trough 1897. It was officially adopted 21 May 1895 and replaced in 1897. As this is an antique it does not require an FFL. In near-mint (possibly unfired!) condition, this Taurus Model 8f comes with tha factory box, manual, and all original paperwork. Made in Brazil by Taurus, this is a very high-quality 5-shot, 2” barreled .38 Special double action revolver that closely resembles a Smith & Wesson “Chief’s Special” (in every way except price!). As mentioned, the gun is in mint, and possibly unfired condition, finish, grips and bore all rate 98%. The pistol has a pair if factory varnished wood round butt grips with Taurus medallions. The pistol has a bobbed hammer, so basically it is double-action only, but the bobbed hammer makes it an ideal gun for concealed carry. Rare Ornate Antique Montenegrin Gasser Revolver. Stock # TT COMM. Serial # 112xxx. A very rae pistol chambered for .45-60, this revolver was made in Austria, and used by the Montenegrins in Eastern Europe, mostly in the Balkins. When the Montenegrins “captured” these guns from hapless mountaineers, they replaced the original wooden grips with gaudy silver gemstone-encrusted grips, such as those found on this pistol, the grips on this gun are ornate, to say the least! The massive pistol is in crappy mechanical condition, and certainly not shootable. As for condition, all the finish is gone, and there is much freckling, and the bore is poor. Nonetheless, this is a very rare pistol, and displayed prominently, it will garner lots of comments! This investment-grade firearm is an antique. Mother-Of-Pearl Grips W/FREE Smith & Wesson! Stock # MSH153016S0. Serial # 310xx. This beautiful pair of Mother-Of-Pearl grips are attached to a Smith & Wesson “Perfected Model” top-break .38 caliber nickel-plated, 6” barreled revolver. Mother-Of-Pearl grips were all the rage back in the day, and if you have a nicer Smith & Wesson pistol, you can add these grips, to make it look really nice, and possibly add value to your gun as well. These agred grips show only the slightest wear on the bottom, but they have aged nicely, and are certainly in 95% condition. The Smith & Wesson revolver they are currently attached to, we were informed is called the “Perfected Model,” Jackson Armory’s own definition of this revolver is the “Perfect Piece of Crap Model” as the triggerguard is bent up, most of the finish is gone, with a lot of freckling, the bore is pitted, and the action is screwed up. Antique Colt Mod. 1977 “Lightening” Storkeeper’s Model Revolver. Stock # SP COMM. Serial # 50xxx. Manufactured in 1884, this .38 caliber Colt Lightening has the short 3 & ½” “Shopkeeper’s” barrel. The original nickel finish has been restored, and the original grips have been replaced with excellent-fitting brown wooden ones. Condition of the current finish and grips is great, 95%. The Colt patent dates on the left side of the receiver are crisp and legible. The only other visible markings are the serial numbers on the bottom of the receiver and barrel, and these numbers match. Bore condition is good, and the action has all cocks intact, and trigger. The pistol comes with a Colt “Non-Letter” i.e. a Colt Factory Letter was applied for, and Colt replied, on their letterhead, that there was no record of the firearm being shipped (the record was lost in the fire they had), this letter, nonetheless, adds value to the gun. Due to the restoration, we have priced this original Lightening accordingly, it’s a bargain for the discerning Collector. Antique Smith & Wesson 3’RD Model Safety .38 Revolver. Stock # SPS&W. Serial # 101xxx. Chambered for .38 S&W, this Smith & Wesson Third Model “Safety” revoilver is a 5-shot, top break double action revolver with a 6” barrel and a factory nickel finish. Called the “Safety Model,” because the pistol has a grip safety, which was a very advanced and innovative feature for the period. . The pistol is in pretty good condition. The original factory nickel finish is mostly still there, with most of the wear an the barrel and cylinder. Overall finish condition is about 70%. The original black hard rubber factory grips with S&W logo are in excellent condition (98%) and possibly worth as much as the pistol is! Bore condition is fair, with some pitting, and the double action trigger pull is still pretty smooth. Antique Remington .38 cal Smoot Revolver. Stock # SPA-1. No serial #. This factory nickel-plated Remington “Smoot” revolver dates to the mid-1870’s, and is in very good condition. The 4” barreled revolver was an innovative pocket pistol for it’s day, as it was not top-break, and it incorporated an ejector rod, as found on larger revolvers of the day. Overall, the original nickel finish is really good, with some minor freckling on the left side of the barrel. The original Remington hard rubber, or “gutta percha” grips are in excellent (95%+) condition. The bore is somewhat dark, and the action is a bit stiff (some oil should fix this) and trigger pull is crisp. This is a rarely seen collectible Remington that should be a nice addition to your collection. Smith & Wesson 8 ½” Model 29-2 .44 Mag. With Wooden Case. Stock # MSH152806SP. Serial # M497xxx. Conjuring up visions of Dirty Harry, this is an early S&W Model 29-2 .44 magnum double-action with an 8&1/2” pinned barrel, and it comes in the blue felt lined wooden display case (there are a few scratches on the case). The revolver has an adjustable rear sight, and a red ramp front sight. The revolver has seen a little use, but it’s in very good condition. Smith & Wesson put there finest deep blue finish on the 29’s and this pistol’s finish 90-95% with very minor holster wear on the barrel and cylinder, and some tiny scratches and wear on the forward portion on both sides of the barrel. The original S%W “target” wooden grips with S&W medallions are in pretty good shape, both sides have a few minor dings near the bottom, and they rate 905 condition. The rifling is very strong, and double action trigger pull is smooth. Despite the massive power of the mighty .44 Magnum, this is still an elegant pistol, and when not in use, it displays nicely in the wooden display box. Smith and Wesson Victory Model, .38 S&W Stock # MMH123811RT. Serial # V347xxx
This is a S&W Model 10 that was produced during WW2. jacksonarmorypower! The 4” barrel is marked “38 S&W OTG”. The finish is typical sandblasted and parkerized finish. Finish is about 80%. The Victory Model revolver comes with a lanyard loop at the bottom of the grip frame. The smooth walnut grip panels are in about 70%. No cracks. Action is still good. The S&W Model 10 military revolvers produced from 1940 to 1945 had serial numbers with a "V" prefix, and were known as the Smith & Wesson Victory Model. It is noteworthy that early Victory Models did not always have the V prefix.
During World War II, huge numbers of these pistols were supplied to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa under the Lend-Lease program. This is a RARE non Lend-Lease. The top of the frame is marked “US PROPERTY G.H.D” The Victory Model was also used by United States forces during WWII, being chambered in .38 Special. The Victory Model was a standard-issue sidearm for US Navy and Marine aircrews, and was also used by guards at factories and defense installations throughout the United States during the war. RARE Antique Colt Flat Top Target W/ Ivory Grips. Stock # C-HW. Serial # 158xxx. There were only 122 of the Colt Flat Top Target guns manufactured, and all were made in 1898 (source: Blue Book of Gun Values, PG. 15). The 7 & ½” barreled pistol features high-profile target sights front and rear. Chambered for .38 Colt, the pistol used a unique “inside and outside lubricated bullet” (source: Cartridges of The World). This pistol has been factory reworked and refinished at the Colt factory – a Colt Letter is not available for this pistol. The pistol, in it’s refurbished state, looks beautiful. The deep blue finish is polished to a bright luster, and rates 98%. It is of note, these guns originally had blued receivers, they were not casehardened. Contrasting nicely with the blue finish are the pair of stunning aged ivory grips. This gun, again, is really beautiful! Mechanically, the revolver is excellent as well, with a great bore, and smooth single action, with all the cocks. Used in large numbers by the US Army during WWI, the Smith & Wesson Model 1917 is a double-action revolver chambered for .45acp (fired from moon or ½ moon clips). The pistol has a lanyard loop and is correctly marked “US Army Model 1917” on the butt, and also marked “UNITED STATES PROPERTY’ on the bottom of the barrel. The revolver is in very good condition. The finish has been touched up in spots, and the current refinished finish rates about 95%, with only minor holster wear, and the usual wear on the grip straps. This very early S&W Model 10 .38 Special revolver is in excellent condition, and is very collectible. The Model 10 was rarely seen in a 2” barrel configuration. The early style deep blue Smith commercial finish still looks great, there is one tiny spot of wear on the left side of the receiver, just above the triggerguard, and the casehardening on the hammer and trigger is still quite vivid, so overall, the finish rates 95%+. The original factory wooden checkered grips with S&W medallions are great also, rating 95% as well. The bore is very good, and double action trigger pull is smooth as butter! Nice Early Smith & Wesson 6” K-22 Outdoorsman .22lr. Stock # MSH152414SP. Serial # K75xxx. This is an early 6” pinned barrel Smith & Wesson K-22 “Outdoorsman” double action .22LR revolver, a collectible Smith in nice condition. The six-shot revolver features an adjustable rear sight. Finish condition is pretty good, rating 90-95%, with some holster wear on the barrel and cylinder, some wear on the ejector rod, and one small, but notable scratch on the right side of the receiver just to the right of the S&W logo. The casehardening on the hammer and trigger is still strong, although there is very minor freckling on the hammer. The S&W factory grips are good, rating 90%. As the gun was holster-carried, most of the wear is on the right grip. Bore condition is very good , 95%, and the DA trigger pull is very smooth. Extremely RARE Smith & Wesson Aircrewman .38 Military Revolver. Stock # MSH152308SP. Serial # C365xxx. Intended for USAF survival use for air crewmen, this Smith & Wesson 2” double-action .38 Special is of all aluminum construction, including the cylinder. While this was a great concept, it was found that unless extremely light .38 loads were used, the pistol had a proclivity to blow up when it was fired – hence, most of these guns were destroyed, and surviving examples are VERY RARE and highly collectible. The pistol is marked on the top strap “Revolver, Lightweight, M13”. It is quite possible that this pistol was liberated from military service, as it should also be marked “United States Property,” and this marking has been removed (this could also be a “lunch box” gun, who knows??). Otherwise the pistol is in excellent condition, it appears to be unfired with a mint bore, and the factory grips both rate 98%+ condition. Finish condition is 90%, only because some of the finish has worn off the backstrap, exposing the aluminum, otherwise the finish is excellent. Smith & Wesson 6” 4-Screw Model 28 Highway Patrolman .357 Revolver. Stock # MSH151010BL. Serial # S215xxx. This early 4-screw Smith & Wesson Model 28 “Highway Patrolman” .357 Magnunm double-action revolver is in very good condition. Designed to be a more affordable version of the S&W Model 27, so that more Police Officers could afford it, really the only difference between the Model 28 and the Model 27, is the factory finish is not as nice on the Highway Patrolman. Functionally, the Model 28 is great, and it retains the adjustable rear sight and ramp front sight. Before automatics became all the rage these guns were used in huge numbers by Police Officers all over the country. This pistol is in very good condition. The finish is excellent, rating 95% with only minor holster wear. The diamond checkered factory grips are worn somewhat, rating about 80-85%. Webley MKIV .45 British Service Revolver. Stock # MMH152103SP. Serial # 199xxx. This Webley MKVI, originally chambered for the British .455 round has had the cylinder cut to .45acp. As with all Britisg military guns, the pistol has British proofs all over it, and a lanyard ring on the butt, and a 6” octagonal barrel. These top-break, double action revolvers were used extensively by the Brits during WWII, and were well known for their toughness and durability. . The pistol is in good condition overall. Almost all of the finish is gone, and there is considerable freckling, and a small amount of pitting, mostly on the bottom of the barrel. The original black hard rubber grips are in nice shape, rating 90%. The bore is fair with pitting. Double-action trigger pull is smooth. There are no importer’s markings on the gun. Smith & Wesson Third Model Hand Ejector .44 Special With Factory Letter. Stock # MSH151907CSP. Serial # 40xxx. A very neat Smith & Wesson 3’rd Model Hand Ejector, this 4” barreled double action revolver is chambered for the old favorite .44 Special. The pistol comes with a Smith & Wesson factory letter, which, of course, adds considerable value to the gun. Per the letter, the pistol was shipped to Wolf & Kalr, in Ft. Worth, Texas on March 21, 1932, and was one of a special order of 50 in this configuration specially made for Wolf & Klar. The pistol has about 80-85% of the original blue finish, there is freckling on both sides of the receiver, and some scratches on the right side of the receiver. This was a working gun, and not a “safe queen!” The original wooden diamong pattern checkered grips with S&W medallions still look great, although they have acquired a bit of a patina, and they rate 85-90% condition. Bore condition is good (85%) and the double action is very smooth. Smith & Wesson Nickel 5” Hand Ejector .44 Special. Stock # MSH151908CSP. Serial # 31xxx. A very early double action S&W Magnum revolver, this great pistol is chambered for .44 Special, the favorite caliber of Elmer Kieth, who was the inspiration for this pistol, and other early Pistoleros. The double action revolver has a 5” barrel, a very good bore, and a smooth-as silk double action. The nickel finish has probably been redone, or it was nickel applied over blue. RARE Antique Remington 1890 .45 Revolver. Stock # 9CSP. Serial # 5xx. The barrel on this Remington 1890 revolver appears to have been cut to 5 & 1/2” and the original hard rubber ‘RA” marked grips have been replaced with wooden ones, otherwise this rare revolver is in great shape, and highly collectible. Chambered for .45 C.F. W. (.45 center fire), the pistol still has the original military-issue lanyard loop on the butt. All of the original finish is gone, and the gun is “in the white’ however there is no major pitting, although there is quite a bit of freckling, especially on the right side of the receiver, and also some scratching here and there, most notably a small scratch on the right side of the receiver. These wear marks in no way detract from the appearance of the gun, and in fact, they reflect it’s character. The wooden replacement grips look good, they have aged a bit over the years, and someone has carved thesmall initials “EM” on the right grip. The bore is good, and the action has 4 cocks, although it sometimes does not stay cocked. Remingtons were used a lot in the “Wild West” as well as by the military, and if John Wayne had used one instead of a Colt Single Action, these guns would be worth a lot more nowadays, however the true collector will realize the scarcity and historical significance of this great Remington revolver. Colt 1849 Pocket Model .32 cal. Revolver, Mfg 1863. Stock # SPCP1. Serial # 226xxx. This Colt model 1849 “Pocket Model” revolver looks like a smaller version of the famous Colt 1851 Navy Revolver. Actually, there were more Colt 1849 Models produced than any other Colt percussion pistol. While these were not military “issue” guns, thousands of them were used in the Civil War, and this example, manufactured in 1863, right in the middle of the war quite possibly saw some combat action, and may have been used by a Yankee or a Reb, or quite possibly both! The pistol is in good condition, the finish is very worn and pretty much all gone, with lots of freckling. Colt’s New York address, and the chamber numbering markings are still faintly visible. Serial numbers on barrel, receiver, and triggerguard all match. The original grips are in pretty good condition, rating about 75%. The brass triggerguard has aged to a nice patina. The bore is fair-poor, normal for black powder guns of the era. The action has 2 cocks, the cylinder locks up tightly, and trigger pull is smooth. This is a really neat example of a Civil War era Colt 1849 Pocket Model, and we have it priced relatively low so that it can be a nice addition to your collection. CHEAP! 6” Colt Python .357 Magnum Revolver. Stock # MSH150702SP. Serial # T26xxx. Better grab this one quick, you WILL NOT see another Colt Python with a cheap price like this! Why is this gun, a Colt Python, the finest double action revolver priced so low? Well, as you can see in the pics, the pistol looks like ****! Before we describe the cosmetic condition of the pistol, we must first state that mechanically, the pistol appears to be just fine. The bore is very good, the cylinder locks up tight, and the double action that the Python is so famous for is smooth as a baby’s butt. Now, as for looks, well there is horrible corrosion all over the gun, the worst is on the left side of the barrel and receiver. It almost looks like acid was spilled on the gun, but who knows? Also, the cylinder latch is just slightly sticky. The pistol is fitted with a pair of non-factory custom wooden checkered grips, and these are new and look great. We were going to send the gun to Colt to have it refinished, but decided instead to pass the savings on to you. If you have been looking for a Colt Python to shoot, and you don’t care about looks, this is a great buy. This Smith 7 Wesson Model 1917 .45 double action revolver has British proof marks on the barrel, receiver, and cylinder, and it is also stamped “NOT ENGLISH MADE” on the right side of the receiver. The revolver is not marked “US PROPERTY” indicating it was probably purchased for British service during WWII. The chamber appears to have been cut for .45acp use (most likely post-war). The pistol is in good condition. The original blue finish has quite a bit of holster wear, mostly on the barrel, and it rates 85%. The original diamond checkered grips with S&W medallions are pretty good also, rating 85-90%. The bore is good (85%) and double action trigger pull is fairly smooth for a military pistol. Smith & Wesson M&P Pre-Model 10 .38 Special Revolver. Stock # MSH143912SP. Serial # 215xxx. Pre-dating the current S&W Model 10, this is an older Smith & Wesson “M&P’ (“Military & Police”) .38 Special double-action revolver. Back in the day, nearly every uniformed Police Officer in the USA carried these pistols, and they proved to be very reliable workhorses. This particular pistol was probably one of these Police pistols, looking at it you can just smell fresh donuts! The pistol is in what seems to be excellent mechanical condition, the bore is very good, double action trigger pull is smooth, and the cylinder locks up tightly. The pistol has been holster carried a lot, and that is reflected in the gun’s condition. Quite a bit of the finish is missing, and it appears that some cold blue has been applied to the top of the barrel, I guess to reduce glare? Anyway, there is freckling all over the revolver, and the finish rates 65%. The original Smith factory grips are also fairly worn, rating about 80%. Despite being an old workhorse, this pistol is seemingly mechanically sound, and it would be a great glove box gun, or a gun for the backpack or cabin, a reliable Smith & Wesson .38 Special that you don’t have to worry about beating up. Taurus Model 85 .38 Special. Stock # MSH142810BL. Serial # S175xxx. Made in Brazil by Taurus, this 2” barrel, 5-shot double action .38 Special revolver looks and feels just like a 2” Smith & Wesson .38 “Chief’s Special,” the only real difference is the Taurus has a much lower price! The pistol is in good condition, it has Hogue-style finger-groove hard rubber combat grips with Taurus medallions, and the grips are in 95% condition. The blued finish rates 90-95%, there is the tiniest holster wear near the end of the barrel, and there is some freckling on the exposed portion of the butt (hey, if your butt was exposed, it would freckle too!). Antique Engraved 7mm Belgian Pinfire Revolver. Stock # SP COMM. Serial # 20xxx. This 3 & ½” barreled pinfire revolver has a Belgian proof on the cylinder, but no Maker’s name anywhere on the pistol. An antique dating to the 1800’s, these were very popular little pocket guns. The trigger folds up, so that you can easily carry the gun in your pocket. Although all the finish is gone, the pistol is nicely engraved on the receiver, cylinder, grip straps, and some on the barrel, and 90% of the engraving remains visible and strong. The pistol has smooth black wooden grips with an ornate screw, and grip condition is about 85%. Bore condition is so-so, maybe 60%, as are the cylinders – this pistol shot black powder cartridges. The action has some problems and the cylinder does not lock up or turn correctly, you can’t shoot this pistol (even if you found the ammo!) but it will display very nicely, and it will be a good addition to your collection. Pair of .44 Special Smith & Wesson 2’nd Model Hand Ejectors, W/ Custom Grips and Holster, Factory Letter. Stock # MSH142910CSP, MSH142911CSP. Serial Numbers: 16xxx, 17xxx. This is a rare opportunity for an Advanced Collector to obtain this investment-grade pair of nickel-plated Smith & Wesson’s with nice history and provenance. The Smith & Wesson factory letter, signed by S&W’s Historian, Roy Jinks, confirms that these pistols were both manufactured in the 1920’s, and both had a factory nickel finish. The pistols come with a custom black leather 2-gun holster with “LEE” engraved on the back. Both pistols also have custom Texas Longhorn Mother-Of-Pearl grips with ruby inlaid eyes. These pistols came from the Estate of Officer James Lee Davis, who was a Texas Peace Officer, born in 1897, and he served in Harris County, Texas in the earlier part of the 20’th Century. Both pistols are in very good condition, the aforementioned custom grips rate 95%, they are just fabulous! Finish condition on both guns is 90-95% with some freckling on both, mostly on the receivers. Bore condition is good on both guns, and the actions arte tight and smooth. This beautiful nickel plated Colt 1983 Armory Model (as referenced in the Blue Book of Gun Values) exhibits the later Colt Factory “B” engraving. The engraving is Nimschke style. Chambered for .45 Colt, the pistol also comes with an additional, serial numbered to the gun, extra cylinder in .45acp. The extra cylinder is also engraved and nickel plated. The pistol is fitted with a pair of absolutely stunning genuine ivory grips with a scrimshawed eagle, and the dome of the Colt Factory on both sides. Colt Texas Sesquicentennial 1860 Army .44 Cased Set. Stock # RT COMM. Serial Number 2xx. Commemorating the 1836-1986 Sesquicentennial of our beloved Republic of Texas, this .44 caliber Army revolver was made for Colt in Italy. This beautiful Commemorative comes in a wooden and glass felt-lined display case, complete with powder flask, casehardened bullet mold, caps, tool, and papers. The pistol itself is gorgeous, and we believe it is unfired, thus overall condition rates 98%. Finished in a very deep blue, the pistol has Sam Colt’s New York address atop the barrel, and is marked “1836-TEXAS SESQUICENTENNIAL-1986” on the side of the barrel in gold color. The seal of the great State of Texas is embedded on the left grip, and the cylinder is beautifully engraved with Indians, a Stagecoach, and a Civil War Soldier – again in gold color. The receiver, hammer and trigger are beautifully casehardened, and the grip frame is silver colored. As befits our TEXAS, this is truly a beautiful pistol. The pistol has Italian proofs on the bottom of the barrel and receiver. Colt Thunderer, 41 Long Colt, w/ presentation box, *ANTIQUE*. AH-01234. This is a very neat piece of history, and, being an antique it can be shipped directly to your door. The metal on this pistol is good shape, with no active rust, and about 50% of the original bluing remaining. The action and cylinder have scattered pitting throughout, but it is all shallow and minor, and the grip frame has some slightly deeper pitting on the back strap. The action locks up nicely, and the function is great, and here is the kicker…the chambers and the bore are so shiny your could see your reflection in them….see the pictures!!! This would make a heck of a shooter, and it would look quite handsome in a holster on your hip. The display box is aftermarket, it closes tightly and the wavy grain pattern in the wood looks sharp. After an application or two of some linseed oil or tung oil this would most likely be stunning. There are five display live .41 Long Colt cartridges and one wooden dummy that accompany this great piece. This would make a fine addition to any collection. British Military Webley MKVI .45 acp. 1917 Patent Revolver. Stock # MMH141707SP. Serial # 268xxx. A great example of a Wartime British Webley MKVI, this example has had the cylinder cut for .45 acp. – this was common practice with most of these when they were sold in the US as surplus guns. This 6-shot, 6” barreled double-action revolver is in very good condition. Marked “England” for export, it also, as is common with all British Military Arms, is marked just all over the place with British proof marks. Used in WWI and WWII, the pistol is all-matching, and is still in pretty good condition. The finish is mostly gone, what remains rates 70-75%, with minor freckling on the barrel, but no pitting or major scratches. The original black checkered Bakelite grips are in good shape, rating 80%. The pistol still has the lanyard loop. Mechanically, the pistol is very good, the bore is good, the action locks up tight, and double action trigger pull is what you expect on an early military gun – heavy but crisp. All in all, this is a good, shooter-grade example of a Webley MKVI .45 that will be a good addition to your collection, as well as a good shooter. Colt Lawman MKIII .357 Magnum Revolver. Stock # MSH141705SPTT. Serial # 82xxxJ. Sometimes referred to as “The Poor Man’s Colt Python,” there is nothing “poor” about this high-quality Colt double action revolver! Actually offered as a reasonably-priced alternative to the Python, the Lawman MKIII is a no-frills double action .357 revolver that was intended mostly for Police duty carry, back when revolvers were king. The six-shot, 4” barreled revolver is chambered for .357 magnum, and, of course, it will also chamber .38 special as well. The pistol is in very good condition, the bore is excellent, and double-action trigger pull is very smooth, ND THE CYLINDER LOCKS UP TIGHTLY. Finish condition is about 90%, there is some holster wear, mostly at the end of the barrel. The pistol has Colt factory Pachmayr grips, with gold colored Colt medallions, and they are in 95%+ condition. To enhance the sight picture, someone has added a dab of reddish pain to the rear fixed sight, and white on the front ramp – you could easily remove this if you so desired. As Colt Python revolvers continue to escalate in value, you don’t really want to shoot them, but if you want a really good Colt for your collection, as well as home defense /personal carry, this Colt Lawman MKIII, is a great gun that you can also shoot and enjoy. Colt 1860 Army Richards Conversion, 44 caliber rimfire, beautiful!!! AP-01BLcomm. This pistol is a unique piece of history. The 44 caliber Colt Army percussion revolver was improved and brought into the new, self-contained cartridge age by boring out the cylinder all the way through and placing a separate, off center rimfire firing pin in the frame to utilize the 44 Long rimfire cartridge. This particular item has had a little work done to it. The frame and barrel have been refinished and professionally re-blued. The numbers on this revolver match between the one impressed in the brass ahead of the trigger guard, the number impressed in front of the brass in the steel of the frame, and the duplicate number in front of this on the barrel mount. Of the number printed on the barrel mount, which should read 3808 like that on the trigger guard and the frame, only a very faintly visible 0 of that number can be seen. The previous owner of this fine piece has placed their driver’s license number onto the butt of the grip. This number is not deeply etched. Considering that this has been refinished and re-blued once, it would not be too difficult nor too damaging to the value of this piece to lightly buff this out and re-blue this small portion again. The wood grips are original and in fair condition, with approximately 50% of the finish remaining, and some small X’s marked into the butt end of them. Overall this is a fine piece of history, and for the price one could hardly do better on such a find!!! Early Colt 1849 Pocket, Manufactured 1858, .31 Caliber. Stock 3 SPC-1. Serial # 142xxx. Manufactured in 1858, this .32 caliber Colt 1849 Pocket model has the early brass frame, and is in good antique condition. The pistol has a 5” octagon barrel with Colt’s New York address on top of the barrel. Faint portions of the cylinder scene still remain on the cylinder. The finish is gone, and the pistol has acquired a nice patina, with considerable freckling, mostly on the barrel. The grips are excellent, and it appears portions of the brass frame have been recently polished, but only around the triggerguard. Serial numbers on the frame and triggerguard match, however the number on the butt is different. The bore is fair and dark, and the cylinder locks up nicely. This is a very collectible Early Colt that may very likely have been carried by a Yank or Reb during the Civil War, and it will be a nice addition to your collection. Due to the one non-matching serial number we have a very reasonable price on this revolver! This firearm is an antique. This very collectible Antique Webley No5 Model 1883 Army Express double-action revolver will chamber both .455 and .45 Colt calibers. Looking like a cross between a “standard” Webley and a Colt Single Action, the pistol has a 5 & ½” octagonal barrel, bird’s head grips, and a lanyard loop. The pistol is marked “P. WEBLEY & SONS, BIRMINGHAM’ on the top strap, and the Webley & Scott emblem is on the left side of the receiver. All markings are crisp and visible. Finish condition is about 75%, with minor freckling and wear, mostly on the barrel. The checkered wooden bird’s head grips have aged to a nice patina, and they rate 80-85%. The bore is good, and the double action is pretty smooth. Overall, this is a very scarce and highly collectible Webley. Smith & Wesson Victory Model, Navy Marked WWII. Stock # MMH140216SP. Serial # V88xxx. Chambered for .38 Special (not .38 S&W, as this was not a Lend-Lease gun), this pistol is marked “US NAVY” above the cylinder on the top of the receiver. The pistol has the original unmarked smooth wooden grips, a lanyard loop, and the correct “V” prefix to the serial number. While many of these guns were issued to pilots, the condition of this one would indicate it probably saw daily carry, either shipboard, or by a Shore Patrol Officer, but the weasr gives the revolver character and history. As to the wear, well the original parkerized finish now rates 65-70%, with some freckling and pitting here and there, most notably on the right side of the receiver. The grips are a little better, rating 75%. Mechanically, the pistol is very good, the bore is good, and the action locks up tightly, double action pull is very smooth. This is an honest, Navy-marked pistol that actually saw some history in WWII, and possible later also, and it is quite reasonably priced, so add it to your collection now! Smith & Wesson Dallas Police Commemorative, mod.66-2, + box and buckle. MSH133607RT. This pistol elegantly remembers the devoted history of the mighty Dallas Police. The box is in approx. 80%+ condition with original finish and minor handling marks, and the interior blue lining is original and in fantastic condition. The pistol has a 99%+ excellent finish with only a barely noticeable turn mark on the cylinder (it appears to mostly have been opened and closed, not turned). It has adjustable rear sights and a blaze orange front sight ramp, and smooth hardwood grips. The right side of the frame has the Dallas Police Badge emblem, and the right side of the barrel has the 100 year commemorative dates. The belt buckle is embossed with a large Dallas Badge emblem, and two small flanking Dallas badge emblems, and the phrase “100 YEARS OF SERVICE”. WWII Japanese Type 26 9mm Revolver. Stock # MMH133002RT. Serial # 52xxx. The Type 26 Revolver was a top-break, six-shot, double action only revolver chambered for 9mm, and was used extensively by the Japanese Military during WWII. This example is in great condition for a Wartime-used piece. The bore is pretty good, although it needs a good cleaning. The double-action trigger pull is very smooth, and the cylinder turns and locks up tight and in tune. Grips are checkered wood, and in 90-95% condition. The pistol still has the lanyard loop on the butt. Finish rates about 85%, overall it’s pretty good, but there are areas of freckling on the left side of the barrel and on the hammer, and some fairly significant wear on the cylinder and on the receiver just above the grip. Although Nambus are still the most popular Japanese WWII handguns to collect, the “secondary” pistols, such as this Type 26 are rapidly coming on their own, and escalating in price, somewhat, now is the time to get in on these pistols while the prices are still relatively low. Webley MK 1 .455 Revolver, Antique. Stock ABP-1. Serial # 16xxx. This is an antique British Military-Issue Webley MKI top-break, double action revolver, chambered for .455 caliber. The pistol has a 4” octagon barrel, and has a very prominent British Broad Arrow mark on the top strap, and, in typical British fashion, it has British proof marks all over the receiver. The pistol has the original lanyard ring in the butt. The bore is a little dark, but it is OK, and the double action pull, while a bit stiff, is manageable, and gthe cylinder turns and locks up tightly. Finish condition is about 90%, with mostly holster wear, and there is a small scratch on the left side of the barrel. There is no pitting. The original grips rate about 90% also. The right grip appears to have had a professional repair near the bottom. This is a very collectible Webley, and it will fill a nice niche in your collection. This pistol is an antique. The double-action pistol has a 5 & ½” barrel and a lanyard loop on the butt. The pistol is marked on the butt:”US ARMY MODEL 1909” the Colt Inspector “R.A.C.” has his initials marked on the left side of the receiver and also inside the cylinder. These pistols were used in the Philippines, and also saw extensive use in WWI. The pistol is in very good condition, the bore is very good, the action locks up tight, and double-action trigger pull is heavy but smooth. The original Colt marked grips are still in good condition, and rate about 90%. Most of the finish is gone, with only very light freckling here and there on the receiver, and overall finish rates about 75%. Most of the Colt markings are somewhat faint, but still visible. This is a really good representative example of an old Colt Model 1909 that has seen lots of action, and now needs to retire to a good home in your collection. . Colt Official Police, British Military Use, .38-200 Caliber. Stock # MSH132515SP. Serial # 660xxx. This Colt Official Police double-action revolver dates to the 1940’s, and was either purchased or Lend-Lease to the British Military in WWII. The 5” barreled pistol is chambered for the British .38-200 caliber (basically .38 S&W). The pistol has British proof and acceptance marks on the receiver, and a lanyard ring on the butt. This very collectible revolver is in pretty good condition, considering it’s wartime use. Finish is original, and rates about 85%, with noticeable wear on both sides of the receiver. There are some scratches on the right side of the receiver, and also on the barrel, where it kinda looks like someone may have used a pair of pliers on the barrel. The grips are original factory wooden checkered with Colt medallions, and they are well-worn, rating about 75%. The bore is good, the action locks up tight, and the double action trigger pull is very smooth. This revolver is very collectible, and is chambered for a rarely-seen caliber, and it will be a nice addition to your collection. This Smith & Wesson M&P 6” barreled .38 Special revolver pre-dates the Model 10, and it is, in fact, a very collectible 5-screw Smith Revolver. The revolver has a set of what we believe are bone grips, the right grip is missing some sort of emblem or medallion. The pistol has a very good bore, and the action is smooth and locks up tight. Smith & Wesson Performance Center Mod. 62906 .44 Magnum, New In Box. Stock # MSH130903. Serial # CNF 82xx. New in the factory box, this .44 Magnum Model 629-6 was made at the Smith & Wesson Performance Center, and has the Performance Center logo prominently featured on the left side of the receiver. The all-stainless steel, double action 6-shot revolver has a 3” barrel that has been ported to better manage the recoil from the massive .44 Magnum. The revolver has a red ramp fixed front sight, and fancy target grips which came with the gun out of the box from the Performance Center. Right out of the box the double action pull is very smooth. This pistol would serve you well as a defensive gun for bears, if you are going hunting in Alaska, and it would be a very nasty powerhouse of a concealed carry/home/auto defense weapon as well.
