| Antique .22 cal. Colt Lightening Rifle. Stock # CBL. Serial # 16xxx. Manufactured in 1886, this Colt Lightening rifle is chambered for .22 caliber, and has a 23” octagon barrel. This great old Colt rifle has seen a lot of use over the years, but it has aged well, acquiring a nice patina. Most of the original finish is gone, and there is minor freckling on the 405 that still remains. All Colt markings, including the rampant colt on the right side of the receiver, are still legible. Stock condition is very good, with service dings and a few small dents, but no cracks, and it rates 80%. The bore is fair-good. This is a collectible Colt rifle that should be a good investment, and it will display nicely on your wall or over the mantle. This gun is an antique, with proof of age 21 or older (required for purchase) we can ship the gun direct to your home, an FFL license is not required. . jacksonarmorypower!
